Hybrid work in Europe: Concept and practice

The methodological approach of this study was hermeneutic (the process of analysing and interpreting written text and imagery to understand the text)  and based on the combination of two main sources of information (Boell and CecezKecmanovic, 2014): 

  • the available literature, which was examined to build an understanding of contemporary hybrid work 
  • national-level information covering the EU27 Member States, provided by the Network of Eurofound Correspondents
